GCE CANDIDATES WORRIED ABOUT CONFLICTING EXAM TIMETABLES!

GCE Candidates Worried As Colonial ministry of Secretary education - MINSEC Issues Timetable conflicting with Public Exams.

According to reports, Advanced level GCE candidates have cried foul after the writing timetable clashed with that of the entrance examination into the Government and Private Teachers' Training Colleges in the country.

According to candidates, some GCE A/Level candidates have successfully applied to write the entrance examinations while awaiting their GCE results.

According to writing timetables of the various public examinations, on July 5, 2022 while Geography will be written at the A/Levels, the Entrance Examination sessions will also be going on at that same period, making it impossible for candidates sitting in for both exams.

Students say they have tried public appeals for the amendment of the timetable to the Secondary Education Ministry to no avail.

“We the students concerned again appeal to the Minister of Secondary Education to at least look into the matter and postpone the writing date of the entrance examination.” Students have urged.
